The square shape of the HQ 7 allows us to have extreme weighting in the corners of the club head, outside the weighting zone of a traditional driver, which reduced the amount the club rotated around its center of gravity. The club head almost came off. I hit just alittle over 50 balls before it started to come loose.
Will return.
Face cracked July 14, 2009

Bought this driver because I had there three wood which I really liked. Took it to the range, probably hit 2 dozen balls and noticed the sound had changed. After close inspection fond a hairline crack about an inch long across the top of the face. So I went out spent the extra money and bought the Taylor Made R7 CBG MAX AWESOME! Oh and since then the head came off the 3 wood.
